Role & responsibilities

Perform
microbial potency/assay testing of Enoxaparin Sodium
as per
pharmacopoeia & validated methods
. • Execute
microbiological assays
using standard organisms and ensure assay suitability and system performance. • Preparation, standardization, maintenance, and preservation of
microbial cultures
used in assay testing. • Perform
media preparation, growth promotion tests (GPT)
, sterility support, and environmental monitoring activities. • Review and verification of
raw data, calculations, worksheets, and reports
related to microbial assay. • Calibration, qualification, and routine monitoring of microbiology lab instruments and equipment. • Participate in
method validation, verification, and transfer
of microbial assay methods. • Maintain SOPs, STPs, logbooks, and ensure
QMS & GLP compliance
in the microbiology laboratory. • Follow aseptic practices while working in
controlled & cleanroom environments
