MicroArchitect & RTL Design Engineer

Role Overview: You will be a Microarchitect and RTL Design Engineer with a focus on designing and developing microarchitectures for highly configurable IP's. Your role will involve ensuring optimal performance, power, and area through microarchitecture and RTL coding. Collaboration with software teams to define configuration requirements and working with verification teams on assertions, test plans, debug, and coverage will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop microarchitectures for a set of highly configurable IP's - Implement microarchitecture and RTL coding to achieve optimal performance, power, and area - Collaborate with software teams to define configuration requirements and verification collaterals - Work with verification teams on assertions, test plans, debug, and coverage Qualifications Required: - BS, MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science - 8+ years of hands-on experience in microarchitecture and RTL development - Proficiency in Verilog, System Verilog - Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies - Experience with high-speed, pipelined, stateful designs, and low power designs - Understanding of on-chip interconnects and NoC's - Experience with Arm ACE/CHI or similar coherency protocols - Design experience with IP blocks for caches, cache coherency, memory subsystems, interconnects, and NoC's - Knowledge of RAS designs, QoS in fabrics, PCIe/IO is a plus - Familiarity with modern programming languages like Python - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
