Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying potential microloan borrowers within the assigned territory and developing strategies to achieve microloan sales targets. This will involve conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. You will also be promoting Micro Loans and educating potential borrowers about the benefits, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Additionally, you will be required to contact delinquent borrowers and develop personalized collection strategies, while maintaining accurate records and reports on loan collection activities. Adherence to fair collection practices and regulations is crucial. You will also be expected to assist with customer inquiries and address their concerns professionally, as well as participating in community outreach programs to promote financial literacy. A key part of your role will be contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location is in person at Ponkunnam.,
