Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Business Development and Village Penetration Village Identification: Starting business in new villages and systematically identifying all serviceable villages within the assigned operational radius. Feasibility Study: Conducting a thorough feasibility study of potential villages based on demographics, local activities, and the financial needs of the customers. Approval Process: Assisting the MC-IC (presumably a Micro Credit-In-Charge or similar designation) in the required village approval process. 2. Customer Sourcing and Application Management Customer Identification & Group Formation: Identifying potential customers and facilitating the formation of Joint Liability Groups (JLGs). Application & Verification: Accurately filling out the application form, verifying the residence and business of the customer, and ensuring proper KYC verification. Pre-Disbursement Training (PDT): Conducting pre-disbursement training for approved customers. Business Development Visits: Regularly visiting potential customers to develop and expand the business portfolio. 3. Loan Disbursement Documentation: Collecting all required KYC documents and ensuring thorough loan documentation is completed. Disbursement Completion: Assisting the MC-IC for the completion of the disbursement activity. 4. Collection of Current Dues Collection Management: Collecting the collection sheets and stickers from the MC-IC . Scheduled Collection: Executing group-wise collection as per the scheduled time by strictly following the defined collection process. Deposit and Reconciliation: Timely deposit of collected money and performing the necessary MERC entry (Money/Collection Entry or similar). 5. Collection of Overdue Dues Portfolio Follow-up: Following up with defaulter customers using updated data reports of the assigned portfolio. Overdue Collection: Collecting overdue money as per the stipulated process. Deposit and Entry: Depositing the collected money in the bank and completing the necessary MERC entry . Default Action: Assisting the MC-IC in initiating appropriate action against the defaulters.
