Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle MICE files – from client inquiry, quotation, and contracting to on-ground execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Prepare customized costings, itineraries, and proposals as per client requirements, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transportation, and event suppliers.
• Coordinate across internal teams – Sales, air ticketing, visa, finance, and on-site operations – for smooth file management.
• Supervise on-ground execution of group movements, hotel check-ins, F&B arrangements, transfers, and event logistics.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Manage operational documentation, payment schedules, and vendor follow-ups within defined company timelines.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality in MICE operations.
