Empower Yourself.The Manager, Technology Shared Services, is responsible for overseeing a team of professionals delivering centralized support services. This role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture, developing talent, and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. The manager will champion employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the shared services function.

Essential Functions

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of shared services professionals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development.
  • Promote employee engagement through inclusive leadership and recognition practices.
  • Align team objectives with organizational priorities and service-level expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality shared services (e.g. Procurement, IT, etc.).
  • Monitor key performance indicators and service metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and escalation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
  • Support third party risk management activities related to shared services operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience. Proven experience in people leadership, preferably in a shared services or centralized support environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive team performance.
  • Experience with service delivery models, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Communicates in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbal, that is appropriate for the audience
