Job Description

Must have skills:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager to lead and support a cross-functional team. This role is evenly split between technical contribution and people management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and software development life cycles, combined with proven leadership in Agile environments. He will manage a team of 13 people.

This role is 50% technical and 50% people management
5+ years
experience in solution delivery leveraging software development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
Provide hands-on technical guidance in solution architecture, ETL development, data modeling, and analytics
Three (3) years experience developing or configuring business intelligence/analytics software
Strong financial acumen and understanding of business value delivery
Help Coordinate and support team members, with the ability to step in and contribute to technical tasks as needed
2+ years
experience in a technical leadership role
2+ years
experience in systems analysis and high-level technical design for complex systems
2+ years
experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment.
Proficient in
JIRA
and Agile project tracking tools
Experience in prioritizing work with Product Owners and managing product backlogs
Scrum master experience preferred

Good to have skills:

Healthcare domain preferred
