Job Description

Description

Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the hospital’s Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure patient safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain medical gas pipelines (oxygen, nitrous oxide, compressed air, vacuum).
  • Ensure uninterrupted gas supply to patient care areas with safety compliance.
  • Monitor and manage effluent treatment processes to meet pollution control standards.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of MGPS & ETP systems.
  • Maintain records, reports, and coordinate with vendors/regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Environmental).
  • Knowledge of medical gas systems and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and safety compliance skills.
