Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF Audit Manager. (KRA) To update the Audit policy from time to time and place the same during conducting branch Audits. Having knowledge about Audit Manual & circulars on time to time. To timely inform the Management about the findings of all the Internal Audits undertaken by AMs. To investigate the matters assigned by the Audit Committee from time to time. To arrange for a Special Audit as and when required and as per the direction of the Management. AMs Should be responsible for 06 branches. Conduct Pre-Audit Visit & Regular Audit as per the approved plan. Ensure 100% completion of all assigned Branch Audit, quarter wise. Each Branch Audit will be for regular 05 Days & Pre-Audit visit 02 days (Field / Office verification). Field visit (CM) Mandatory to visit higher number of CM / routes during the Pre-Audit Visit. Household Visit (HHV) – Mandatory to visit all death cases during Audit evaluation period & Min 20 customers selected on other indicates – whichever is higher during the Regular Audit. Visit process (CGT / GRT / LD) during Regular branch Audit (Min 02 process & Max depends on the Business planning). Cross verification of BM center visit during branch Audit. Cross verification of CM Field / Branch visits during branch Audit. Branch cash management process cross verification. Verification of foreclosure / Waiver customers verification through telecall / Field visit. Register verification & E – Signed documents verification (Check 100% of the files availability & 10% of files which are disbursed during Audit evaluation period in detailed including KYC, DPN’s & Bank a/c passbook). Checking of branch Infra (Assets) & stationary. Checking of Fair practice code & HR Statutory requirement which are needs to display in the Notice board. Submit the branch Audit reports within the stipulated timeline (TAT - 4 Working days). Work as per the guidance of supervisors. Team need’s Attend the Audit meetings without fail (Quarterly).
