Job Description

Purposes:

Roles & Responsbilities:

Studying, defining, developing, and optimizing general methods and tool-supported processes.
Defining general method files for industrialization, manufacturing, assembly, control, and testing, and the associated tools.
Proposing necessary evolutions of the production process with the aim of overall performance of the company
Providing method and process expertise within the framework of the definition and deployment of tool-supported processes of the production process
Defining and implementing reporting and management tools for the production process
Continuous improvement approach transversally within the directorate and managing projects.
Change Management of the reference framework
coaching, and training of employees on technical aspect.
Monitoring and maintaining the competence level of managers & Sharing best practices and evolving methods

Candidate Requirement :

M.Tech/ ME with 03-05 Years experience
Valid Passport.
