About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Meta Social Media Specialist with proven experience growing Instagram and Facebook through organic strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Meta ecosystem deeply; from Reels and hashtags to social SEO, Google discoverability, and Meta algorithms. You must know how to increase reach, views, engagement, and follower growth while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing Reels, Stories, and Posts for Instagram & Facebook
• Identify trending sounds, templates, and topics before they peak
• Build strong hashtag strategies using niche, mid-tier, and keyword-based sets
• Write SEO-optimized captions that help content rank on Google
• Analyze best posting times and schedule content accordingly
• Respond to comments, and DMs in a timely, professional manner
• Track performance metrics (reach, watch time, completion rate, saves, shares)
• Adjust content strategy weekly based on analytics & algorithm signals
• Maintain a clean, consistent, and on-brand visual identity
• Stay updated on Meta's algorithm updates and platform trends
• Prepare simple weekly reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications

• 35+ years managing Instagram and Facebook for brands
• Proven experience growing accounts organically (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of Meta algorithms for Reels, Posts, and Stories
• Ability to create or guide short-form video content
• Deep knowledge of hashtag strategy and trend forecasting
• Experience writing keyword-rich, SEO-friendly captions
• Fast and professional handling of comments & DMs
• Excellent English communication and grammar
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and Canva/Figma
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent weekly output
