You will be joining NOIR & BLANCO, a premier Shopify Plus agency specializing in designing, developing, migrating, and performance marketing for luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. Your role as a Performance Marketing Specialist will involve developing and executing marketing strategies, managing paid search and social campaigns, and optimizing clients" ecommerce performance. You will collaborate with design and development teams to drive customer acquisition and retention through seamless integration of marketing strategies. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns to drive website traffic and increase conversions. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments for optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies. - Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising developments and implement best practices. - Create and manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring effective utilization. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies. - Present reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal stakeholders. - Continuously test and optimize ad copy, targeting, and landing pages for improved performance. - Identify opportunities for new ad campaigns and initiatives to foster business growth. - Collaborate with product and design teams to create engaging ad creatives. **What We're Looking For:** - 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (D2C experience is non-negotiable). - Proven track record of driving conversions & scaling e-commerce brands. - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset. - Passion for growth and staying abreast of digital marketing trends. **Qualifications:** - 1-2 years of experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies. - Skills in Customer Service and Communication. - Proficiency in Performance Marketing related activities and strategies. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and Shopify Plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience in the luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.,
