Meta Ads & Automation Assistant (Agency Projects – Experienced) Job (Remote)

About the job:

We are looking for a Meta Ads assistant to join our remote performance marketing team. You'll manage ad campaigns for Indian coaches/trainers running high-ticket webinars.

Key responsibilities: 1. Launch, manage & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns 2. Confidently handle daily ad spends of 10,000- 20,000 3. Achieve CPL targets through audience testing and creative feedback 4. Track daily ad performance using Google Sheets 5. Collaborate with creative, funnel, and automation teams 6. Respond to daily team updates and maintain accuracy in tasks Expectations: 1. Must be active on WhatsApp during work hours (respond within 15 mins) 2. Must be available for Zoom meetings anytime as needed 3. Must have worked on high-ticket webinar/course funnels Important: You will be required to show live proof of your past ad spend ( 10k/day or more) via screen sharing the Meta Ads Manager dashboard during the interview. No screenshots allowed.
