Messaging Services Senior Specialist - Sharepoint/OneDrive Support

NTT DATA is looking for a Messaging Services Senior Specialist - Sharepoint/OneDrive Support to be a part of their team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India. As a Messaging Services Advisor, you will be responsible for applying a wide range of theories, concepts, and principles to identify customer needs and manage and support systems. Your role will involve handling complex issue analysis, providing steady state support to the messaging infrastructure, managing on-call support responsibilities, handling escalations and critical issues, server maintenance activities, mentoring team members, and other day-to-day support operations. You should be an expert in Messaging technologies such as SharePoint 2010/2013 on-prem servers and SharePoint Online. Your responsibilities will include providing deep subject matter expertise, advice, and program delivery, supporting 24x7 steady state operations (including working in shifts and weekends), contributing to the development of new techniques and plans within your area of expertise, managing customer business needs and expectations, and providing day-to-day support in managing the Messaging infrastructure of accounts. You will work on abstract and complex problems, integrate trends, data, and information into plans and recommendations, develop innovative solutions, and anticipate operational issues. Additionally, you will provide advanced technical support to clients on complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, design load testing and disaster recovery scenarios, mentor junior team members, and develop automated methods to implement recommended solutions. Candidates must have exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively with a global team, and have strong organizational and documentation skills. In terms of technical skillset, you should have expertise in health checks, server capacity management, security hardening, patch/update management, high-availability components support, service management, collaboration components configuration management, search engine configuration management, and content management configuration support.
