MES & Automation Trainer

Role Overview: As an experienced MES & Automation Trainer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Automation, and Control Systems. Your deep understanding of industrial automation systems and manufacturing processes will be crucial in effectively conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training modules on PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Emerson Syncade), and control systems. - Customize training content to cater to industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, and FMCG. - Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for trainees. - Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback mechanisms. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices in automation and MES. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals. - Provide post-training support and mentorship to trainees as needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation, MES, or control systems. - Proven experience in training or instructional roles. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with the following qualifications: - Certification in MES platforms (e.g., Certified MES Practitioner). - Experience with integration of MES with ERP systems. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP). - Proficiency in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).,
