About the Role

Assistant Professor with expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Duties

• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in MERN Stack and related web development technologies.
• Develop and update course materials, lab manuals, and learning resources.
• Guide students in projects, internships, and industry-oriented assignments.
• Conduct assessments, exams, and evaluations as per academic policies.
• Mentor students on career paths, coding best practices, and industry standards.

Research & Professional Development

• Engage in research, publications, and academic projects in the field of modern web technologies.
• Participate in conferences, FDPs, seminars, and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with the department for curriculum development and enhancement.

Institutional Responsibilities

• Support departmental activities such as admissions, events, and academic committees.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA) and academic quality assurance.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in

Educational Qualifications

• M.Tech / M.E / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent.
• Candidates with

• Relevant industry certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

• 15 years of teaching and/or industry experience in MERN Stack development.
• Freshers with strong project portfolios may also be considered.
