Mern Stack Tech Lead

You will lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and support. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and delivery timelines. Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions for web and mobile applications. Manage client relationships ensuring their requirements are effectively met. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and the development team for seamless communication. Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and uphold coding standards. Oversee the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resources to meet business objectives. Identify and resolve performance issues, technical challenges, and project risks. Stay updated with the latest technologies in web, mobile, and game development. Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement. You should have experience as a Full stack MERN Developer with mandatory Node & React knowledge. Basic understanding of PHP, Laravel, or .NET would be advantageous. Experience in the gaming industry is preferable but not mandatory.
