As a MERN stack Developer/Node.js Developer with 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team efficiently towards successful project completion. Your role will involve coordinating and managing MERN stack development projects, collaborating with team members, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code. You should have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and manage MERN stack development projects from initiation to delivery. - Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. - Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions. - Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Conduct team meetings, provide technical guidance, and maintain project documentation. - Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to deadlines. - Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) development. - Prior experience in team leadership or the ability to handle a team effectively. - Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you should have experience in client communication, requirement gathering, and knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and cloud deployment, which would be considered a plus. The job type is full-time and permanent with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and paid time off. The work location is in-person, and the schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday.
