MERN Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer with 2-4 years of experience in the MERN stack, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-quality web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing front-end applications using React.js and integrating them with back-end services built on Node.js/Express.js. You will also be designing and implementing RESTful APIs, working closely with MongoDB, and ensuring the optimization of applications for performance, scalability, and user experience. In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot and debug issues across both front-end and back-end components. Collaborating with the development team, you will contribute to coding, reviews, and the implementation of best practices to deliver top-notch software solutions. To excel in this position, you should possess strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, along with a solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and version control systems like Git. A deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms such as JWT will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, your problem-solving and debugging skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of applications. While not mandatory, experience with GraphQL or cloud platforms like AWS would be beneficial. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha would also be a plus.
