Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture design, timeline planning, and development strategy for the project.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, task planning, and technical decisions.
• Ensure adherence to clean architecture principles, performance optimization, and maintainable code.
• Integrate Elasticsearch for advanced search and analytics.
• Participate in system-level design discussions and deployment strategies.
• Stay curious about emerging tech especially in AI-driven development.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience designing REST APIs, integrating third-party services, and managing production systems.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and indexing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, code quality discipline, and mentoring ability.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (DigitalOcean/AWS/GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of GenAI APIs or prompt-based tools is a plus.

• Write and maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code in the MERN stack. Collaborate with seniors for architecture discussions, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve reliability.
• Learn and adopt best practices in version control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Contribute ideas for product improvement and feature innovation.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and fundamentals of web development.
• Basic familiarity with React, Node, Express, and MongoDB.
• Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies (Elasticsearch, Redis, GenAI, etc.).
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
