MERN Stack Developer

You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Technology along with a Master's Degree or relevant certification. Your key responsibilities will include enabling the team to design solutions with a sustainable architecture, supporting team wellness, training and mentoring the team in technical practices, and ensuring compliance with development and corporate processes. You will be responsible for defining and setting baselines, planning, scheduling, executing, reporting, and controlling the strategy to move releases to staging and live environments. Additionally, you will take care of team logistics and anticipate development environment needs. In terms of technical skills, you should have expert knowledge of key Web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / AJAX, NodeJS, React, OO Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, and Frameworks like NodeJS and React. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, is also required. Soft skills are equally important, and you must possess good communication skills, a creative mindset, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic. You should be able to work in a team, adapt to new processes, and demonstrate flexibility with shifts and week offs. Leadership qualities, team management skills, and the ability to understand and develop a business vision are essential. Experience with MERN Stack, MongoDB, React.js, NodeJS, Express, and HTML/CSS is required. Passion for technology, creativity, a player-coach mentality, and strong communication skills will be valuable assets in this role.,
