MERN Stack Developer

As a Mern Stack Developer (SSO) with 5 - 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a responsive web application based on wireframes and design specifications. Your primary goal will be to ensure the platform is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. In the realm of Web Development, you will be tasked with building reusable and modular UI components using ReactJS, as well as implementing responsive designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility. For Back-End Development, your duties will involve creating and managing server-side logic, databases, and APIs. You will also integrate with third-party systems and services using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications. API Integration will be a crucial part of your role, where you will design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange between the front-end, back-end, and external systems. SSO Implementation will also be a significant aspect of your responsibilities, requiring you to implement and maintain Single Sign-On solutions for seamless authentication across multiple systems. This involves integrating with identity providers like Okta, Auth0, Azure AD, and Google Identity Platform. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. Participation in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups will be essential. Future-Proofing the platform will be another focus area, where you will write clean, scalable, and maintainable code to support future enhancements, potentially including mobile app development. Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends will also be crucial. Testing And Debugging will be part of your routine, involving writing unit tests, performing debugging to ensure a robust and error-free platform, and conducting performance optimization and security audits. Critical Technical Skills that you must possess include proficiency in ReactJS, strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+), familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js and Express.js, experience with RESTful APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI, knowledge of Single Sign-On implementations and identity providers, familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, and proficiency in version control systems like Git. In addition, you should have experience in building responsive and scalable web applications, a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS, experience with mobile-specific features development, and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are also essential. A BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred for this role.,
