Mern Stack Developer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A MERN (Mongo DB, Express JS, React JS & Node JS) Stack developer with 4 - 6 years of extensive experience. 
• Should have experience in large scale application development and maintenance.
• Have experience with client interaction and prior experience of working in client location.
• Able to do proper communication(in Hindi at least) with client to understand the problem statement in functional terms and convert it to technical requirements 
• Good understanding of latest technologies and trends to provide better solutions to client.
• Flexible to work extended hours or weekends when needed 
• Able to handle pressure & deliver in less turnaround times. Have good interpersonal skills 
• Quick learner and adaptive to new technologies , frameworks 
• Have tendency to explore new frameworks ability to do PoCs 
• Follows industry best practices, good coding standards 
• Proven experience in doing code in more secured ways following the best infosec policies / standards 
• Independent contributor and brings the work / task to finish line by doing all necessary tasks like coordinating with other team members, demoing to client / Product Owner, get the approvals, plan and do the deployments by following the set process within the given/ agreed timelines 
• Should be adhering to the process and schedule without deviations and not compromising on code quality 
• Good team player to coordinate with other team members on challenges without wasting too much time at the same time try to explore, experiment to deliver good quality output .
• Strive hard to bring in versatility, flexibility, robustness and scalability while implementing solutions

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Proficient in Node JS and React JS 
• Proficient in Mongo DB and MySQL 
• Knowledge of AWS deployment & techniques 
• Extensive experience in CI-CD 
• Knowledge of Information security standards & implementation 
• Ability to understand and debug the code irrespective of language 
• Understanding of Microservices & Monolithic Architecture & implementation
