MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, handling a team (2-3 employees), and managing client communications.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Develop & maintain applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB.

-Lead & mentor a team of 2-3 developers.

-Handle client calls & technical discussions.

-Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.

-Work with REST APIs, microservices & third-party integrations.

Required Skills:-

2-3 years in MERN stack development.

-Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, JavaScript.

-Experience in team handling & client communication.

-Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Agile methodologies.
