Role Overview: As a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer, you will be joining a dynamic team to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with high performance and responsiveness. Your expertise in full-stack development using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain front-end components using React JS, Next JS, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. - Build robust and scalable backend services using Nest JS and Prisma ORM. - Design and manage relational databases using MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Integrate Apache Solr for efficient and scalable search functionality. - Implement state management using Redux and React Context API. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project development and delivery. - Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines. - Develop and consume REST APIs with proper JSON structures. Qualifications: - Any degree. - 4-10 years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
