Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL).

Desired Competencies:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and session management.
• Familiarity with modern front-end workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and application architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement responsive front-end components using modern React.js features (hooks, context, etc.).
• Write optimized queries, procedures, and database schemas in PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to deliver highquality software.
• Ensure crossbrowser compatibility, responsiveness, and performance of the application.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Implement best practices in security, testing, and deployment.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Experience in unit and integration testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.)
