Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Fix and troubleshoot existing bugs in the MERN stack application.
  • Maintain and enhance current features and UI/UX components.
  • Implement new features as per business requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize performance and security.
  • Manage deployments through

    Azure App Services / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps

    .
  • Collaborate with our internal team through

    Microsoft Teams and GitHub

    .
  • Provide regular status updates and maintain documentation of fixes and changes.

Required Skills

  • MERN Stack:

    MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

  • Azure Experience:

    App Service, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configuration
  • Strong understanding of

    RESTful APIs

    ,

    JSON

    , and

    JavaScript (ES6+)

  • Familiarity with

    Git/GitHub workflows

  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with

    Material UI / Bootstrap / TailwindCSS

    (preferred)
  • Understanding of

    JWT / OAuth authentication

Nice to Have

  • Experience with

    Azure Cosmos DB

    or

    MongoDB Atlas

  • Knowledge of

    Docker

    or

    container-based deployments

  • Familiarity with

    Azure Functions

    or

    serverless apps

  • Awareness of

    security best practices

    and role-based access control
