Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Finance teams to assist client serving teams with their financial management - Provide virtual support via phone or email to address immediate queries and issues - Partner with client serving teams to effectively manage their business portfolios - Review financials, identify areas for improvement, and offer guidance and recommendations - Document all interactions and activities in the system for record-keeping - Share best practices and support team members across borders and service lines - Stay updated on the firm's policies, processes, and tools - Continuously educate yourself and seek additional knowledge to enhance your expertise Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently across multiple projects and priorities - Strong understanding of financial metrics, with the capability to calculate variances accurately and quickly - Prioritization skills to deliver outputs within strict deadlines - Focus on solutions that drive continuous improvement in account performance - Effective teaming and virtual collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick adaptability to new applications - Strong organizational, delegation, and time management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Self-motivated with a sense of ownership in assigned work - Experience with ERP applications such as SAP or Oracle is an added advantage As an Internal Business Advisor at EY, you will play a crucial role in advising client serving teams on financial matters and helping them enhance their project management capabilities.
