Merchandiser/Sr Merchandiser- Hard goods

As a Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser Hardgoods (Export) at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the export of home decor and hardgoods products. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary point of contact for buyers, handling daily communication, product queries, and order updates. - Managing sampling process from development to timely dispatch and obtaining buyer approvals. - Monitoring production closely to ensure quality, timelines, and buyer specifications are met. - Coordinating with design, QC, packaging, and logistics teams for smooth execution of orders. - Ensuring quality control as per AQL/buyer standards and managing 3rd-party inspections. - Maintaining trackers for samples, orders, quality checks, and shipments. - Sharing regular status reports internally and with buyers. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in hardgoods exports, specifically in glass, metal, wood, and ceramics. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Hands-on experience with production follow-up, quality monitoring, and documentation. - Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven approach to work.
