Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Unnao for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. You will also be responsible for collaborating with store managers to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans, analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges and stock. Additionally, the role involves working closely with suppliers and distributors, creating promotional activities, and maintaining store shelves to attract customers and boost revenue.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the retail or merchandising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
