Job responsibilities :
1. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and company's objectives.
2. Analyze sales figures , customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan productranges / stock.3. Collaborate with buyers , suppliers , distributors and analysts to negotiate prices , quantities and time scales.4. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.5. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.6. Generate new customers.7. Design & develop leather Gloves & accessories.8. Communicate with buyers & develop samples as per their requirements.9. Coordination with samples as well as the production department to execute production smoothly.10. Maintain Files.11. Daily report to the Management.
