Merchandiser Leather accessories

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the merchandising activities related to leather accessories in a reputed Export house based in Faridabad. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and procurement of high-quality leather materials for manufacturing. - Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. - Negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms. - Monitoring market trends and consumer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions. - Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities. - Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations in the merchandising process. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, particularly in leather accessories. - Previous experience working in a reputed Export house is essential. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships. - Excellent knowledge of leather materials, production processes, and market trends. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - A proactive and result-oriented approach to meet targets and deadlines.
