Merchandiser Label Orders

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating label orders for clients in Sri Lanka and other international markets. Your role will involve handling label developments, order follow-ups, and maintaining client communication throughout the supply chain process. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating label orders with clients from development to delivery, communicating with clients, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely approvals and dispatch, preparing order sheets, following up on sampling and bulk production status, ensuring product specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met, maintaining regular reports and documentation for internal and client reference, working closely with logistics and quality control teams to streamline deliveries, and resolving order-related issues promptly and professionally. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Merchandiser in the garment/accessory/labeling industry and a strong understanding of label materials, printing methods, and approval processes. This is a full-time position and the benefits include Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and the work location is in person.,
