You will be responsible for supporting Cotton Concepts as a Junior Merchandiser specializing in Garments, Textiles, Home Textiles, Knitted, and Woven products. With 1 to 3 years of experience in the home textiles sector, you will play a crucial role in market research, product development, and buyer communication. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and monitor production timelines in collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery. - Conduct thorough market research to inform design and product innovation strategies. - Engage in ongoing communication with buyers, ensuring all product specifications meet customer expectations. - Manage and resolve any product-related issues that may arise during production or post-delivery. - Collaborate with design and production teams to align on upcoming product launches. - Analyze sales data and competitor activities to refine and improve merchandising strategies. - Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery terms with suppliers to optimize the supply chain. - Prepare detailed reports on merchandising activities, market trends, and product performance.
