Merchandiser Executive

As a Merchandiser at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are strategically displayed in retail settings to maximize sales opportunities while upholding brand standards. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with store personnel to implement effective merchandising strategies and communicate with them to ensure the proper execution of planograms and schematics. Your creativity will be put to use as you utilize Adobe Illustrator to craft visually appealing displays that attract customers. You will be tasked with conducting inventory control to maintain product availability and minimize discrepancies in stock levels. By analyzing retail math data, you will evaluate product performance and provide insightful recommendations. Engaging with customers to promote special items and elevate their shopping experience will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of merchandise placement and inventory levels using POS systems, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns. To excel in this role, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and store personnel. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is preferred, along with knowledge of pricing strategies and retail math concepts. Experience in administrative tasks related to inventory management would be advantageous, and familiarity with schematics and planograms for optimal product placement is crucial. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for retail merchandising.
