Merchandiser - Bottom wear (Male Only) - Mumbai

The Merchandiser Sample Development will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sample development process, managing factory allocations, and ensuring timely follow-ups with vendors. This role requires strong organizational skills and communication to align with internal teams and external suppliers.

Sample Development & Execution:

- Oversee the sample development process from concept to final approval.

- Work closely with the design and sourcing teams to ensure accurate execution of samples.

- Maintain detailed records of sample iterations and approvals.

Factory Allocation & Vendor Coordination:

- Allocate samples to appropriate factories based on capability and timelines.

- Regularly follow up with vendors to track sample progress and ensure timely completion.

- Address any issues arising during the development process to maintain quality standards.

Quality Control & Compliance:

- Ensure samples meet quality specifications, fit standards, and design expectations.

- Coordinate sample revisions and modifications as per feedback from the design team.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, or a related field.

-min 5 years of experience in merchandising, sample development, or vendor coordination.

- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor interactions.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
