MEP Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor MEP works across project sites.
• Execute MEP installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper installation of MEP systems.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and civil teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with statutory requirements and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in MEP activities for residential or commercial projects (for Technician & Engineer roles).
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing MEP systems.
• Experience in Generators, Solar Power Systems, HVAC, Pumps, and other building services is an added advantage.
