MEP- Sales / Costing/Estimation/Tendering Engineer

You have an urgent requirement for an MEP Sales/Costing/Estimation/Tendering Engineer for a Bangalore-based client. The job location can be Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, or Kolkata. As an engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience and a qualification of B.E/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Analyze RFQs, tender documents, fire system drawings, technical specs, and contractual clauses (GCC/SCC). - Prepare FPS cost estimations, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and comprehensive techno-commercial offers. - Develop and submit value engineering solutions for cost-effective project delivery. - Manage vendor quotations, negotiations, and proposal documentation. - Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and project execution teams. - Utilize ERP/SAP systems for order booking, costing, and project handover processes. - Maintain profitability by ensuring accurate pricing and margins. - Track market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and maintain strong client relationships.
