MEP Sales / Costing / Estimation / Tendering Engineer

As an MEP Sales/Costing/Estimation/Tendering Engineer for our Bangalore based client, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Analyzing RFQs, tender documents, fire system drawings, technical specs, and contractual clauses (GCC/SCC). - Preparing FPS cost estimations, BOQs, and comprehensive techno-commercial offers. - Developing and submitting value engineering solutions for cost-effective project delivery. - Managing vendor quotations, negotiations, and proposal documentation. - Coordinating with internal design, procurement, and project execution teams. - Utilizing ERP/SAP systems for order booking, costing, and project handover processes. - Maintaining profitability by ensuring accurate pricing and margins. - Tracking market trends, gathering competitor intelligence, and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8 to 12 years of experience in MEP Sales/Costing/Estimation/Tendering. - B.E/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
