Role Summary
Responsible for managing MEP design & execution along with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP drawings and BOQs
- Oversee MEP installation, testing, and commissioning- Prepare and review cost estimates and BOQs- Evaluate contractor/vendor quotes and certify bills- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulations- Maintain cost tracking, budgeting, and project billing
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
Experience
4–8 years in MEP execution and quantity surveying
Key Skills
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, Estimation tools
- MEP systems knowledge- Cost control & contract management- Coordination & communication skills

Pay: ₹15,285.33 - ₹48,803.17 per month
