Job Purpose
To oversee and maintain landscape and garden areas, ensuring healthy plant growth and a clean, aesthetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise gardening staff and daily horticulture activities
- Plan and maintain landscape designs and seasonal plantations- Ensure proper irrigation and fertilization schedules- Monitor plant health and apply pest control as needed- Maintain garden equipment and tools- Prepare reports on horticulture status and requirements
Required Skills
- Knowledge of plants, soil, and fertilizers
- Team supervision and time management- Basic record-keeping- Understanding of landscaping tools and irrigation systems
Experience
2–5 years in horticulture or landscaping supervision
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Horticulture or Agriculture preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,972.82 - ₹50,503.91 per month
