MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR (BOQ & ESTIMATION)

As a Quantity Surveyor in Gurugram, your role involves measurement of quantities from drawings as per standard codes, certification of material reconciliation statements, identification of extra items/ variations beyond the tender, and maintaining important documents and records in an organized manner. You will also be responsible for performing risk and value management, assisting in tender and contract document preparation, and undertaking cost analysis for project work. Additionally, you will provide advice on contractual claims and manage bonds, insurances, and guarantee logs. It is crucial to maintain awareness of the different contracts in current use. Your qualifications should include a B.Tech in Mechanical or related field, with at least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor for MEP projects. Exposure to Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, and Interior Fit-outs industries is preferred. You should have commercial management experience in handling commercial, industrial, warehousing, and turnkey projects. Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and familiarity with industry norms, guidelines, and procedures are essential. Key skills for this role include Quantity Survey, BOQ and Tender Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Control, Cost Monitoring, Bill Checking, and Reconciliation for MEP works. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The total work experience required is 4 years. The work location is in person.
