Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct site quality control activities for MEP services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Identify defects or deviations from design intent during construction phases and report them to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors to resolve quality issues and improve overall project performance.
Develop and implement quality management plans to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 to 7 years of experience in QA/QC engineering with a focus on MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Diploma/ B.Tech /B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical field; NDT Level II certification preferred.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP installations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
