MEP Project Engineer

Role Overview: You have an exceptional career opportunity at a company specializing in end-to-end MEP solutions for Grade-A commercial and residential projects. Your role involves designing, coordinating, and implementing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for high-profile projects with international standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and coordinate MEP systems for Grade-A commercial and residential buildings. - Prepare detailed layouts and construction drawings in AutoCAD. - Perform load calculations for HVAC, Electrical, Water supply, and Drainage systems. - Select and size equipment based on project requirements. - Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in BIM models. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated building designs. - Ensure designs comply with local building codes and international standards. - Generate MEP design documentation, including drawings, schematics, and technical reports. - Coordinate with site execution teams and resolve technical issues. - Interact with clients, present design solutions, and incorporate feedback. - Support tendering activities, technical bid evaluation, and vendor coordination. - Conduct feasibility studies, value engineering, and design optimizations. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering. - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and coordination. - Proficiency in Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and familiarity with MEP modeling workflows. - Strong understanding of HVAC design, electrical power systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
