1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed project schedules for MEP works using

  MS Project

  .
• Define project milestones, activity sequences, resource requirements, and timelines.
  
• Create weekly/monthly schedules and track progress against the baseline plan.
  

2. Factory Construction Planning

• Prepare and manage MEP planning activities for

  factory/industrial construction projects

  .
• Coordinate MEP installation sequencing for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Utilities, etc.
  
• Ensure MEP activities are aligned with civil and structural construction plans.
  

3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track site progress, identify deviations, and update schedules accordingly.
  
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly status reports for management and clients.
  
• Highlight delays, risks, and propose corrective action plans.
  

4. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
  
• Coordinate material requirements, manpower planning, and equipment scheduling.
  
• Participate in planning/review meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare planning documents, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project dashboards.
  
• Ensure all planning activities comply with project specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.
  

6. Risk Analysis & Forecasting

• Conduct delay analysis and forecast the impact on project timelines.
  
• Recommend mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of MEP works.
  
• Support in cost estimation and resource optimization.
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Project

  (Primavera P6 is an added advantage).
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Utility systems.
  
• Experience in

  factory/industrial construction

  is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, time management, and communication abilities.
  
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project BOQs.
  

Preferred Experience

• Planning and scheduling for industrial, manufacturing, or plant construction projects.
  
• Exposure to fast-track projects and cross-functional coordination.
