BIM Modeling & Coordination Develop and update detailed BIM models for MEP services including HVAC, Electrical (HT/LT), Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and CCTV systems using Revit. Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and compliant with project standards. Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to integrate MEP requirements. 2. CAD Drafting Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed designs in AutoCAD for all MEP disciplines. Convert BIM models into shop drawings and as-built drawings as required. 3. MEP System Design & Support Assist in design calculations, equipment selection, and layout planning for: HVAC Systems Electrical HT/LT Systems Plumbing & Drainage Systems CCTV & Low Voltage Systems Ensure the designs follow industry standards, codes, and client specifications. 4. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed project schedules for MEP works using MS Project . Define project milestones, activity sequences, resource requirements, and timelines. Create weekly/monthly schedules and track progress against the baseline plan. 2. Factory Construction Planning Prepare and manage MEP planning activities for factory/industrial construction projects . Coordinate MEP installation sequencing for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Utilities, etc. Ensure MEP activities are aligned with civil and structural construction plans. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting Track site progress, identify deviations, and update schedules accordingly. Generate daily/weekly/monthly status reports for management and clients. Highlight delays, risks, and propose corrective action plans. 4. Coordination & Communication Work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works. Coordinate material requirements, manpower planning, and equipment scheduling. Participate in planning/review meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks. 5. Strong analytical skills, time management, and communication abilities. Ability to interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project BOQs.
