Position Overview:

The MEP Head will lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for Della Townships large-scale luxury township developments. This role demands expertise in design management, execution supervision, vendor coordination, and ensuring MEP systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

. In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, water supply, drainage, fire-fighting, and building management systems.
. Strong understanding of local building codes, NBC, and international standards.. Proven leadership and multi-project coordination skills.. Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and related engineering software.
