Job Description

MEP Execution Manager

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day execution and installation of
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting
systems at project sites.
Ensure all MEP works are executed as per
approved drawings, technical specifications, standards, and QA/QC requirements
.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, PMC teams, and internal project stakeholders.
Prepare and monitor
work schedules, manpower/resource plans, and daily/weekly progress reports
.
Conduct routine site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and support
system testing & commissioning
activities.
Ensure strict compliance with
safety protocols, statutory regulations, and company quality procedures
.
Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to ensure timely completion of MEP works.
Provide technical guidance to site teams and ensure proper documentation of all MEP-related activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory experience in
MEP execution for real estate/construction projects
.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems, execution methods, and quality standards.
Excellent
site coordination
, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret drawings, manage contractors, and ensure on-ground quality and safety compliance.
Familiarity with
project management processes
, construction safety norms, and relevant codes/standards.
