MEP Engineers

As an MEP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of building design, construction, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing MEP design drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities, coordinating with architects and civil engineers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes, and managing the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections, supervising subcontractors and technicians, resolving technical issues on-site, managing testing and commissioning of MEP systems, and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and drawings. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and sustainable building practices, assist in obtaining permits and approvals, and work towards quality assurance and control for MEP installations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field) and possess relevant experience in MEP engineering in construction or building services. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards is required. Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Preferred skills for this role include experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. The working conditions for this position are primarily office-based with frequent site visits, and you may be required to work outside of standard hours to meet project deadlines. This full-time position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and preference will be given to local candidates or those willing to relocate.
