Who you are: You are a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer who takes pride in delivering precise, practical, and efficient electrical solutions. With over 10+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial interior projects, you bring not only technical expertise but also a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring every design detail is accurate, compliant, and aligned with project goals. Your strong grasp and knowledge of MEP coordination, local codes/ standards, and HVAC and LSS systems makes you a trusted partner in creating high-performance workspaces. Key Responsibilities, not limited to: Review and verify electrical drawings, load calculations, and specifications for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with design teams to validate electrical layouts, power distribution, lighting, and data cabling. Ensure HVAC coordination with electrical systems (AHU power points, VFDs, DB loading, etc.). Conduct site inspections to verify electrical installations match approved drawings and comply with local codes. Liaise with project managers, architects, HVAC consultants, and contractors to resolve design and execution issues. Provide input on energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions. Ensure all designs meet safety standards, statutory requirements, and client expectations. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical / bachelors degree in electrical engineering / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical design and site verification for Corporate/Commercial interior projects. Strong understanding of MEP coordination, HVAC integration, and local building codes & standards Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with corporate interior design firms or MEP consultants.
